Edgard was extremely helpful throughout the process of pre-installation, installation, and post-installation. The solar panels have been producing even more energy than I anticipated and have sold the surplus of energy produced to Duke energy. I installed the panels several months ago and I’ve had to deal with customer service twice and they’ve been responsive and fixed all issues. Great investment!
