About 4 weeks ago I posted a lengthy negative review. Within 20 minutes someone contacted us about the delays of the project being completed. So, update 4 + weeks later we still do not have the solar hooked up, still paying over 500 a month in electric plus the payments for the system. Each person that looked into blamed a different department although they had to completely rewrite the system because it was not properly wired. The electric company came and told us the company put to many panels on the and over charged for the system. All American claims they didn’t and completed the correct paper work to the Ocala Electric however we still are not capable of using this system. This project was started in October it is now mid way into Feb. We thought this would be settled by now but still seems like a failure on the solar people to fulfill their end of the contract.
