When I started to inquire about installing solar panels, Boston Solar quickly rose to the top. The sales people were very knowledgeable and the installation crews were top notch. When I needed some service work, that wonderful initial experience evaporated quite quickly. It been over 6 months and I'm still waiting for even call backs. I'm also waiting for my utility reimbursement which was to be quarterly. It's been 10 months and I'm still waiting.
