Worst Company ever. If they call you RUN. Had my Solars installed about 3 years ago and have had problems ever since. Damaged my roof and would not come during Covid to repair so I waited then I was told my warranty on roof was expired even though they couldn't come due to the Pandemic. Then my Solars did not work for 9 months at all. Got an $8000 bill from Edison said I would be reimbursed at my three year production report. I got $600 and now nobody answers the phone or returns calls. When you call for a problem it is outsourced so they never answer your questions or concerns. You cannot speak to management directly or have a phone number. They will call you back in 2 days. If you miss the call because you work then too bad, they leave the customer service number again and you go through the same process of getting no help and no answers. Worst company and customer service ever and no follow through. This is a brief description of the nightmare i have gone through with this company. I am reporting to BBB and may have to hire an attorney. It's just exhausting. When you email customer service because you cannot talk to anyone o the phone they NEVER respond. I have proof.
