The old bate and switch!

They will tell you everything you want to hear and then fail to deliver on most of it. They have a minimum production guarantee that my system didn't produce. When I brought it up they gave me the run around for months, then finally sent me a check for $1,500. The guarantee was for 80% of the production capacity, mine is producing at about 60%. Based on the price of the system they should have refunded $6,000, but $1.5k was their way of "making things right" or at least trying to avoid court... They are almost impossible to get a hold of once they have your money. The installation left a leak in my roof, I could go on... Save yourself a lot of money and headache and get a different company!
