Horrible company to deal with...Go elsewhere!

This company is so unorganized and blames the customer for their mistakes. First the scheduling is a nightmare and they schedule the install and don't call or show-up. I missed 3 days of work because they did not show up or call after they scheduled. You have to look over your documents with a fine tooth comb or you could end up paying thousands more because of errors. They sell you promotions and then back peddle and have an excuse why you don't get the promotion or try to make you look stupid by saying " Oh, I can see why you thought that and it could be misleading". You have to email and call multiple people in the office to get anyone to respond back to you. I tried to call the manager "Scott" a few times and they set up layers making it impossible to contact or you have to communicate thru several people and he still does not call you back, and once he was scheduled to come to my house to look over the project and never showed and had another person show up. The office emails to schedule the inspection and I give them 2 days that I'm available and then I never hear back. I email the person in the office and she never responds back, so I call and she tells me they can't schedule the final inspection until the job is completed...I informed her the jobs was completed last week. Solar-fit did not even know the job was completed to schedule the inspection, but again they were going to have me sit home yet again with nobody contacting me to let me know the inspection was NOT even scheduled. The installers had to wait around for sometimes hours waiting on parts or tools to do the job. On a positive note: The installers, Jonathan, Johnny, Alex, Austin, Christian and a few others that I don't remember their names were awesome. The electrician was also very good. Jonathan should be in some type of management position because his customer service goes above and beyond and if it weren't for him I would have fired Solar-fit.... Run far away from this company. I still don't have paperwork of warranty information.
