Stand Out Customer Service and Durable Panels

My husband and I were recently set up with panels through Blossom. I had done my shopping around and had contacted several solar panel companies to ensure our needs would be met. Brandyn at Blossom providing outstanding customer service. Out of the 4 "specialists" I had spoken to at each company, Brandyn was the only one who explained the process thoroughly, gave realistic timelines and answered all questions in an appropriate manner that a non-specialist could understand. He was so easy to work with and he was able to give me estimates immediately. Choosing Blossom was a no-brainer after the phone consultation and the pricing provided. The other companies were quoting me twice as much and saying it would be 12-18 months before the install even took place. Thankfully, Brandyn is not the only asset to the company, everyone was remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. The panels look great and have a decades long warranty so we never have to worry if we have issues in the future. The app Blossom uses to access your panel data is easy to use and fairly intuitive.
