They use third party sales reps to sale their systems. I was offered one option for panels that would produce 108% of my energy needs. After many promises from the sales rep, I signed the contract. Installation was alright, no major snags. I was told that my system would be monitored by Urban Solar for any issues. My system only produces 45% of my energy needs, which means I'm paying more than my original power bill. 6 of my panels also stopped working. No phone calls received about not enough power production or panels going down. Urban Solar has dodged every call that I've made. I've made BBB complaints that have not been addressed.
