What a great experience! When I decided to investigate the option of adding solar I understood a bit but needed to educate myself more about options and impact. I spoke with a few different companies. What impressed me about Steve Michels, the sales representative from Smart Wave Solar, is that he filled in the blanks in my understanding of the project. He was patient with me as I took time to really make sure this was the right step and time to invest. He did an excellent job of selling through great customer service and follow up. He pressed for specifics to understand exactly what I needed but was not pushy. Some of the other representatives from other companies were quite pushy and I felt like it was all about their commissions and time. Steve didn't make me feel that way. Their options for accessing power when power was out with the city were much more affordable than other companies as well. Once I was on board I started working with Bethany who was my project manager. We had a few bumps along the way with product not arriving and miscommunication with the city. I like that Smart Wave owned the problems and Bethany specifically made sure to communicate often with me and made a real human connection to ensure I felt heard. A company and personnel that can take the bumps in the process and own them will always have my business over those who do not. Because of their service recovery standards and company values that are exemplified by each employee I interacted with I would highly recommend them for your solar project install!
