I was told in the informational meeting that I would 1)qualify for tax credits, 2)qualify for financing, and 3)my power bills would be significantly lower, and basically should equal out to the price I'm paying for the panels. Also, I was told that should I need to have any roofing work done, that removal/reinstall of panels would be $150 per panel. 10 months later, my power bills have not dropped like I was told. I can't file taxes yet, but based on other reviews I've seen, I've got very low hopes for this. The "financing" was considered another mortgage, so now that's on my credit report as such. Hurricane Ian blew some shingles off of my roof. I only need 3 panels removed/reinstalled so the roofers can get to the shingles. It should have been around $450, based on 3 panels at the price per panel I was originally quoted. The contact this company has set me up with is saying $2200 minimum. I'm furious. I was lied to on everything, and this is a huge waste of money that I'll be paying off until the day I die.
