<br />Primary difficulty was with bank loan financing. Despite excellent credit rating U.S. Bank was quite slow in processing the loan. Bank appeared to be "sitting" on their money. This is a systemic problem with the banking system today. After causing a recession with bad banking practices they now are not cooperating in assisting ending the recession/depression.
