They ignore their warranty policy.

We had our solar system installed by 3 Guys, LLC in October 2018. Recently the system failed. We sent two emails to the whole company staff last month, 09/1/22 and 09/8/22, but nobody replies to our email. Although in their contract stated that "3 Guys Solar, LLC provides comprehensive labor/workmanship warranty for malfunctioning of your entire system for a period of 10 years from the date of equipment installation." We would have to inform everyone about this news.
