They installed the solar, did the final inspection told me everything was working. I paid them cash in full. 5month later found out the the solar never turned on and that they never monitored it. Had them come by to check out the system and they had to replace and fix a few items for it to turn on. They said they were going to compensate me in some way only to have their management renig on their salesmen and field technicians promises to compensate.
