Tom Norrell is extremely knowledgeable, but also willing to listen closely to a customer`s desires and to offer solutions to accommodate them, such as not relocating the roof vent stacks and working around them. He and his team are professional, confident and keep the work site tidy during installation. I would certainly recommend Tom Norrell to others wanting solar panels installed by one of the best in the industry.<br />My city utility provided a rebate after installation based on the overall efficiency of the installed panels. Based on both the nearly directly south-facing location plus the selection of extremely efficient panels and individual power inverters, my solar installation qualified for the maximum rebate given by the city.
