14 months and no completed system

Small residential system and after 14 months of partial installation, and no response from them in almost six months I feel completely betrayed. All I wanted was a system to keep my wife safe and comfortable during power outages regardless of how long they lasted. Even paid more for a bigger battery bank to handle the whole house air conditioner. With out power, the LiFePo batteries that are mounted outside will be damaged by the below freezing weather. The only thing they have fulfilled in the contract is the start of the installation and billing me. The only part of the system that was installed where designed are the solar panels. The design engineer that planned the system did not properly plan for the correct sizes of anything else.
