We had solar tech come out for an installation. They never tighten the screw in the junction box that controls adding power to the home and back to the grid. Every day this solar box shorted out. We emailed and called for over 2 months to get someone out to troubleshoot. I had to fight with the tech to get them to come out and fix it. I was told there is no way it is a system issue. I escalated to sunpower and they finally came out. The first tech did not find the problem. I had to go through the calling and emailing again until they sent a better tech. He checked the box and found the screw was never tightened and causing a daily short. Our power bills were large due to summer rates and no solar. Also, they told us everything was fine when it was not. Now, they will do nothing to compensate us and ignore emails and calls. Don't use this company

Thank you for your review David. We did listen to your concerns and came out to investigate the problem. It was found to be an issue with your main panel, a loose screw, and after our investigation process we did pay you back by check for your loss of solar production. We take care of our customers when we find something that we did to cause an issue, in this case we made it right for you.
