So far So Good,... Mostly.
I'm currently in the middle of my 4 year with this system. I've only had One mechanical issue with a failed inverter 2 years in. Unfortunately that took 3 Months to resolve and that was a struggle. There was a serious lack of communication with Sigora Tech support and service to the point were I had to call SolarEdge myself to get the right parts a procedures for replacement. They did however reimburse me for the loan payments on the system for those 3 Months. I do not have a battery wall but I do get energy credits from Dominion Energy so my only bills are usually July and August but they are fairly small <$80.

Unfortunately, we cannot control timelines for mechanical/manufacturing issues, however, we routinely follow up with our manufacturers for hardware issues like this. We apologize for the time it took to get your system fixed, but we're happy to see that you're saving on your Dominion bill!
