This company fails to correct any deficiencies.

I purchase Solar Panels and a Generac Power Cell (PC) System from Empire Solar. When I asked them if they had experience in installing the Generac PC, representatives of this company stated that they were one of the few Solar companies approached by Generac to promote the PC system. After installation, they neither explained or reviewed the system with me. Furthermore, there are problems with the PV links and I can't read the Kilowatts coming in from Central Hudson. I have made numerous attempts to contact Empire Solar and they have been unresponsive and do not call back or follow up when I leave messages. Do not do business with this company. The service is horrible!!!
