Very poor and non professionals, signed contrct in march, long wait for panels and then install but worst story after install they are not able to pass inspection in north carolina, its been over month since install. panels are sitting on roof for no use. NC county inspector rejected there installation and since then I am trying to reach to find out when they can pass inspection and now owner Robert and Charros not picking my calls or responding text. I have been very unfortunate to select this company. solar production is not yet noticed as I cannot use it till inspection pass. so no idea about it. I have to pay two bills coming month electric which I am still using grid and loan installment which they said I have to pay even I am not using product. now I feel doubt about other people reviews..

BB, we are sorry about the delay with the inspection and we are working with the AHJ to fix the issue. The issues with the inspection is the redlines needed to be submitted prior to inspection and not left on site. We have made the corrections and submitted and have them approved. We are coordinating the reinspection with the AHJ so we can also have a tech on site as well. As for the the lost production, we have told you we were going to reimburse you for the lost production until the reinspection is completed. Furthermore, you have not made any payments on your loan. Your installation was delayed due to panel shortages from the manufacturer and we worked to get your install completed as quickly as possible. We understand your frustration and have been working with you to get the final inspection completed.
