I purchased a 21 panel system that was installed in June. I got my electric bill and apparently the meter hadn’t been switched on I called and complained apparently then the meter got turned on. Then I noticed my meter was showing no production they sent a tech out 7/27/22 he spend about an hour and then assured me that they would be monitoring my system. I got an emailed link almost a month later I go to the link and guess what? Only 2 of the 21 panels are producing. I guess they spent a month “monitoring” the lack of production. I called and left 2 voice mails then I did the online chat the tech had me unplug and turn off the system several times to no avail. To me this is like someone trying to walk me thru how to change the brakes on a new car . Still waiting in call back. Word of advice- watch your meter like a hawk because their idea of “monitoring “ is way different than mine. I wonder how long this would have gone on if I hadn’t checked.
