Review for Palmetto Solar

Would not recommend.

This company was recommended by Victory Power, the sales company I purchased my solar system from, to install the system. I was lead to believe they were a fairly large solar installation company with a lot of experience in design, installation and customer service. I have found this to farthest from the truth. First, my installation was delayed by 2 weeks because Palmetto FORGOT to send payment with the permits to install. The local inspector came and told me he tried to contact them to inform them of this but was to unable to reach them, I had to have my sales rep contact them. Installation went smoothly, but Palmetto has repeatedly been unable to get the information to the power company so I could activate my system. My system has be installed now for 3 weeks and Palmetto still has not provided the energy co. with the proper information. PLEASE find someone else to install your system.
