Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment our representative quit and took our paperwork, to the underutilization of panels, to the worst customer service possible and the complete lack of help when our system failed. Two months without service at this point with no end in sight and Trinity can not be bothered to return our phone calls. Awful company.
