Although we were happy with Trinity’s installation of our solar system we were very dissatisfied with some results of the installation. During installation Trinity failed to mention bird issues that the panels might bring and the need for installing “critter guards” along the sides of the panels. This created a huge problem of pigeons nesting under the panels. When I twice called the company to inquire about getting an estimate to remedy the problem I was told the company would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. That never happened.
