Tracy helped us install a system form our RV, and, man, he just checked all the boxes. Super helpful with configuration advice, deeply knowledgeable about systems and options, and always patient and friendly. On install day he showed up on time, prepared, planned everything out thoroughly, and went way above and beyond to make sure everything was tidy and clean worked as expected. If you are considering Badass for an install, don't think twice, you won't do better with fair, knowledgeable and conscientious help. Couldn't be happier
