One star based on the overall customer support from this company

They delivered the wrong panels (360s instead of 380s) and it was me that had to tell them they were wrong. They resolved this by adding two panels to our system. Due to not doing a thorough initial inspection they ended up having to, ad-hoc, dig an unexpected trench on our property that left a pretty big tripping hazard until we called them back and asked them to fix that glitch. They did not file the paperwork with the county in a timely manner and it took 4 months from installation to get our inspection completed. Pros: The panels perform as expected... they are LG panels with Enphase inverters and so I credit this to the panels we chose. The installation took place in the timeframe stated (if not completely smooth) The price quoted was the price charged. Initial conversations with the company were somewhat productive. Cons: It took two inspections (failed the first time) because they did not install enough supports under the panels to account for snow load. Because of the issues we encountered they said they would install Consumption CTs for our system. That never happened. I contacted Bella in July of 2021 to let them know I was still getting bills from PGE that did not seem right. They asked me to send them PGE bills and I did. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME even though I kept "circling back". May 2, 2022, I sent a mass text to Bella contacts and finally got a call back from someone higher up. He was deflective and dismissive. Basically, stating that it was all PG&E who messed up and that it would take hours of calls to get any answers and the result would be unhelpful. I got ahold of PGE in less than an hour and was told that not all the proper paperwork had yet to be filed. I called back and was told they would “look into it”. I circled back a couple times, after I had not yet heard anything. I asked, again, if the paperwork had been filed. On May 18, 2022, I was told it was in progress. On July 8, 2022, I called PGE to find that the paperwork had not yet been filed. Bella says PGE revamped their site and lost a bunch of applications. PGE states that is not the case. I can neither confirm nor deny either story. I just want this finished but am still waiting.
