The sales rep from Solza was ultra-attentive -- until I signed on the dotted line. Since, he has been absolutely unavailable, and his several errors of omission on the contract paperwork (or deliberate omissions, if I understand the installer's comments clearly) added approx. $6,000 in cost to me and forced a last-minute redesign of the project installation. My project will turn out okay, but no thanks to Solza! For the "After Sales Support" part of the survey, I gave him one star only because there's no "Negative 5 stars" option to select!
