Bad Experience and Poor Customer Service

1.5 years have passed since signing with Solanta. They have been unable to perform the install. In spite of acknowledging the excessive amount of time that has passed and indicating they are willing to issue a refund in writing , Solanta has not done so and continues to hold my money (10s of 1000s of dollars). Poor communication has plagued this project from the start: 1. Four (4) different project managers 2. Almost no proactive communication regarding status 3. Communication only ensues after the customer reaches out 4. When the customer reaches out it typically takes weeks to receive a response Don't use or work w Solanta. Believe the negative reviews that state they have poor customer service
