I recommend Glenn to everyone I talk to about solar. He was helpful, professional, honest -- I just can`t say enough about his way of doing business. Additionally he has provided help I needed in some meter discussions with the City of Needles, which are still ongoing I might add.<br />I don`t know how to answer your last question. My contractor charged me the agreed to price and enabled my receipt of my purchase incentive but the purchase incentive was between me and the City. It was two separate issues.
