While I initially had a good experience with this company from signing all the paperwork to installation, all service after has been horrible. My inverter has had to be replaced 3 times since installation in October 2018 and has gone out again. Except now there is no company to come out and replace it. Also, they assured me when I initially signed up with them that any roof damage would be covered. Except when we started having leaking under the panels, we called them and they told us to call a specific roof repair person (third party). When we called them, he didn't want to come out because all of his other work for SunPro Solar had gone unpaid. He wouldn't even come look at our roof without $200 just to show up. Now the company is out of business with no way for me to get any of this taken care of.
