We were given an estimate of costs and the price of the system dropped before we signed a contract. Rich was very quick to explain the lower costs and give us our options (more powerful system for same cost or less cost for same system) before we asked. He was upbeat and positive. He seemed to genuinely want us to be happy.<br />
