Hate to leave another bad review but that seems to be the only way we can actually anyone to reach out to us. We have been in contact with Kenny several times and the only thing we get is an personal excuses on why he has not reached back out to us. We would really like someone to contact us for the battery back up system that we have been asking about for about 4-5 months now this go round. Thanks!
