The company might be going through some hard times. It survived through the covid period but has not yet paid the contractor they had the installation done for me. The installation was completed in May '21. The contractor, Ailey Solar was very nice and has kept their side of the promise by completing the installation, supporting me through the process, and working with my utility company. But the experience with Solareum Inc has been awful.
