Couldn't be happier with the excellent experience we had with Heath and his team! We had existing solar panels and they handled adding battery storage for us. It was a long slow process because we applied and qualified for the SGIP rebate program. SolarNorcal handled all the details of the application/qualification process as well as the installation of the battery storage system. The process of applying/qualifying was labor intensive and required an incredible amount of attention to detail. As far as the actual system installation, the costs and pros and cons of each option were explained thoroughly. We were never pressured to make a decision. Communication with Heath was good. Most of all, however, was the comfort of dealing with someone who has a broad understanding of electricity and solar. So many solar "salesmen" are selling solar with a very minimal, basic understanding of what they are selling. Heath is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and explain in detail the workings of the system. Were there a few little hiccups through the process? Yes, as there are with any project, but Heath was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend!!
