Stayed away from Solar Five. My solar panel stopped working unexpectedly. I contacted solar five back in August 2021. They scheduled an appointment for September, and their electrician did not show up. I sent many emails to the VP of operations and the CEO of the company. Once again, another appointment was scheduled for November, and their electrician did not show up. They are refusing to fix the problem while my electric bill is piling up. Before solar panels, my electric cost was about $200.00; since the solar panel stopped working, my electric bill is back to $200.00, and I am responsible for paying the loan for the solar panel, and I lost the state rebate. They are not giving me any other choice to seek legal assistance. Stay away from Solar Five if you don't want any headache and aggravation.
