The plumber that was subcontracted caused a minor flood in my basement, and the work he was asked to do was not up to code and had to be completely redone. The roof installation initially leaked and caused a stain on my kitchen ceiling. I was given very little training on how to use the control console, and when I asked for a users manual I was given a sales brochure for the product and eventually had to look online for the manual myself.<br />
