We had our system installed about 8 years ago on our summer home in Cape Cod. It has worked perfectly since the installation. We recently got year round WiFi and wanted to get the MW reporting done automatically, as apposed to uploading the data every month. I contacted Dan Mascroft who helped me walk through the connections needed and then contacted the MassCEC and ensured the automation was happening. We really appreciate the helpfulness of Dan, even years after the purchase.
