Justin and a helper came out to diagnose a problem with a system they installed some time ago. It turned out that when it was installed it was wired wrong by the folks from Solarponics who installed it initially. The good news is that Justin was patient and figured out the problem and corrected it. That is the 5 stars. The fact that it was wired up wrong by the same company orginially is a 1 star. This service visit was great, however.
