Currently waiting on the boss to call me back on a small issue from a roof installation that is letting in buckets and buckets of water from the recent rain. Will follow up with you all after I get my call..... .......AUGUST 12....... ..QUICK UPDATE IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HEAD HONCHO HERE LIKE I HAVE BEEN PROMISED. AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PHOTOS THUS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH THESE DIMWITS. THEY DONT FOLLOW UP. AND WHEN THEY DO THE SEND SOMEONE WHO APOLOGIZES FOR THE BOSS BECAUSE HE HIRED MORONS WHO CANT INSTALL IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES.

Mr. Avena,
I have checked the situation;
Our guys came by and fixed the leak that you had.
A few weeks later you called to report another leak.
We have sent a roofer to check the source of the leak and he had showed you that the leak has NOTHING to do with the solar system and coming for total different side of the roof.
