What a nightmare....and it still continues a year later!

We had lots of problems with getting out system up which too over 4 months and since then the lack of availability of the company has been more than disappointing. Customer service left when they let Larry, our salesman go. He was the reason we bought the system. He was ALWAYS available, NOT true with the company. Our AP system went down, calls were put into the company, several times, with no response. After talking with Jason after two weeks he said he would have Lisa schedule it!! That was 6 weeks ago. Since then we've had a major fire and have NO solar service during the most productive months of the year. We're out again for another year. This was a terrible investment or maybe it was just the wrong company.
