I chose them because they were the only ones available. Canopy installed solar panels on my tile roof, and left a space of 4 inches underneath the panels. I asked the installer manager about the possibility of pigeons making the space underneath their home. He told me that if that happens, I should call them and they'll take care of the issue. The pigeons made my roof their home, and I called Canopy as told, and canopy said that this was not their problem. Definitely way below average customer service, and made empty promises. I had to pay to fix the problem with the pigeons, and canopy will not refund even one penny. I would stay away from this company.
