It is difficult to get an A+ rating from me for ANY business. Having said that I rate 3 GUYS SOLAR an A+ or higher! I explored solar companies for 6+ months. I even went under contract with probably the most recognizable solar company, one that everyone is familiar with, at 9am on February 22, 2021. On this same date I fired this solar company at 2:00pm. Their customer service was non existent. So my search continued. I investigated 4 or 5 other solar companies (including 3 GUYS SOLAR). It was apparent right from the beginning 3 GUYS SOLAR stood out from all others. As I became more and more knowledgeable about solar energy and the equipment needed, I began emailing back and forth with Mike Norvell at 3 GUYS Solar. Because of his vast experience and honesty (even though his honesty cost him lost sales by me not making an unwise purchase). Everything we discussed, Everything he said would happened, happened and every other person (including the VIP's/owners communicated the install process as well as all other aspects of the process. Their words, as were Mike Norvell's, were acted upon, precisely as promised. Whenever there were questions or any sort of misunderstanding (usually my error, if I'm being honest) everyone was polite and willing to make any adjustment and spend whatever time necessary to ensure my satisfaction. Honest and Professional, start to finish. All installers were respectful of homeowners property and willing to take the time to walk me through any concern I had. I would hire 3 GUYS SOLAR with no hesitation again. It was refreshing to deal with 3 GUYS SOLAR!
