Had an issue with a self install that went wrong. Called Karen at Sunbeam Solar llc. They then connected me to an Engineer by the name of Allen Wright. (Santa Claus). This angel walked me through the entire system and found everything wrong with the install and has been my go to guy ever since. " I wish I had went to Sunbeam 1st" . Allen was able to help me CURVE my expectations of what I Felt Solar could do. He built a better and more reliable " MINIATURE ENNERGY PLANT" OFF grid.
