Seek elsewhere unless you want frustration in your life

TL;DR: Seek elsewhere if you want your solar panel to run and be treated respectfully. In Jan 2021, I've taken over a solar loan and solar panel ownership from a previous owner. I have since reached out multiple times via phone call, email, and even facebook message to try get a hold of someone to help me get an already installed solar panel up and running. On account of Covid I have been nothing but patient and considerate, but customer support rarely answers emails or phones and when they do, they give excuses to put me off for a few more weeks. In the mean time, the solar panel just sits on the roof rotting away and warranty wears off. I have even agreed to pay for electrical engineering affidavit cost they asked to me pay or else they won't proceed, even when I've already taken over the full solar loan. After paying, they ghosted again. After I reached out to their customer service, they told me they've sent the docs to City of Malden for review. After another month, I reached out again, and they told me they never received the affidavit that I have sent them months ago. It is now May 2021, the solar panel are still not turned on, they leave me no choice but to pursue the path of suing them to take back the solar panels and repair my roof where the mounts get uninstalled. The delay after delay, excuse after excuse, reluctancy to help, have contributed to an unparamount frustration as a customer.
