While Scott did a fine job installing my system he is not interested in follow up service to small solar customers and that attitude is obvious in his slow response time, his failure to leave an emergency number when he goes on vacation in the winter (which is crucial to his off grid customers) and his failure to come do work promised. Possibly his service to large customers is better but if you are a small off grid customer I would certainly recommend you look elsewhere.
