First: The system itself has worked flawlessly. My issue is with the battery rebate. The person jn chage appears to be minimally involved. Now, it would be a fair assumption that if the rebate was going directly to Semper Solaris, that their attention would laser focused. But, sice it is going to the customer, it warrents less attention. I am writing this to get a response. I only get one shot with SCE at getting it right. All I'm asking is for a cordial response with a confirmation of the accurate plan change to allow for my rebate. I prefer not to use names, but this message is for you, Emery.
