The Solar Solutions team have demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. This has been demonstrated by prompt problem solving, repairs within 12 hours of a lightening strike and within 2 hours, on a Sunday night, when my system went down due to a generator malfunction. Over the 8+ years, this team has provided competent and reliable support for us, as customers, and is preceived as a genuine resource to the community.<br />
