The company will not stand behind their work. When you have a warranty issue they will not help. They are installers -that's where the big $ is. Warranty work is paid by the manufacturer and requires paperwork from the installation company.

Nate - We have done a review of all our customers in your zip code and we have no record of a Nate with your zip code. It doesn't appear that we did the installation for your home. If you are not getting assistance from your solar company that was contracted to install your solar, you can always contact an installer near you. There is a cost to rolling a truck and providing resources to a homeowner to perform work. Some manufacturers provide programs to offset this cost of labor, but some don't. Equipment is typically replaced without charge, but there is a service cost to perform the service work. We can help, but there is a service charge to perform work.
