It’s easy to write a good review when all goes the plan, but sadly my panels are out of warrantee. However both the service man and office person were incredibly professional, sympathetic and honest. I will have them do a new set for me because they’ve earned that trust. It’s a gift to be able to deliver bad news in a positive way, I appreciate how patient the young lady was when I had questions to challenge the expired warranty. So once again thank you for your professionalism
