Solar Source was selected by our solar co-op. Our experience with them has been more than outstanding. From the design phase, the installation, and now into 4 months of $0 electric bills...they have been so accessible, responsive and professional at every interaction we’ve had. Got a question? The actual engineers get on the phone with you. Need help understanding your new meters? A technician shows up at the house to walk you through it. Something doesn’t seem right? Same day response and always very professional and courteous. The installation went perfectly and was neat and tidy. Can’t say enough about this great company. Culture comes from the top for sure...every person we’ve dealt with has been awesome. While we didn’t choose them (co-op committee did) we’re so glad they were selected and would HIGHLY recommend Solar Source!
