Happy solar owner in Sarasota

ETD Solar Services has been an absolute Godsend to us. For 3 VERY LONG years we have been trying to get the PVC Solar panels we had installed on our roof to either work or go away!!! The company that installed them 3+ years ago, NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! We have been paying for the system PLUS our outrageous power bill.. Finally, we were referred to ETD Solar Solutions out of Palmetto!!! One of the best "tips" I have ever received.. I called.... They answered! and the rest is history! Wendy set everything, then Diego and Al came out to assess the situation.. Didn't take them long to have my answers.... 1) System was installed correctly... 2) In good shape still has 25 year warranty, and only had to change 2 wires! (Remember.. this has been going on for over 3 years! Only thing left to do was finish paper work that installer had failed to do, order two way meter, give the panels a bath and VOALLA! It worked! We just got our FIRST $0 electric bill... Diego is so professional, and knowledgeable he made it seem like an "easy fix"...We had already poured about $15,000 into this system, so I was determined, driven, and MAD!!! After just one meeting with Diego, I was hopeful.. and now DELIGHTED and very grateful !!! I don't know how far they travel from the Sarasota/ Bradenton area to work... but as for me .... well, I would fly them across country if I needed to to get the job done and done right the first time. To everyone at ETD, a huge "thank you"! You certainly have raised the bar as far as solar standards go.. Only 5 stars available... I give them 10!! Linda Hostetler
